CARE N CURE
25 YEARS & BEYOND
A Journey Celebrated, A Future Imagined
The lights dimmed slowly, not into silence, but into anticipation. Across the hall, faces glowed some young with excitement, some seasoned with years of shared struggle and pride. This was not just an Annual Day. This was a gathering of stories, of people who had walked together through time.
The 25th Anniversary Annual Day of Care n Cure unfolded as a moment suspended between past and future. Every seat in the auditorium carried its own history of long shifts, late nights, difficult decisions, quiet victories, and unseen sacrifices.
As the opening visuals lit up the stage, one truth became immediately clear: Care n Cure was never just a business. It was a collective journey.
Chairman's
address
When the Chairman stepped onto the stage, the applause was instinctive, not rehearsed, not polite, but deeply personal. It was the applause of recognition. Of gratitude. Of people acknowledging someone who had walked ahead, but never alone. His speech did not begin with numbers or milestones. It began with memory.
He spoke of the year 2000 of uncertainty, of belief without proof, of a single pharmacy sustained by discipline and hope. He spoke of mistakes made and lessons learned, the hard way of nights when the future felt unclear, and mornings when responsibility demanded courage.
What gave the speech its strength was its humility. The Chairman spoke not of personal milestones, but of a shared journey shaped by others. He kept coming back to the mentors who guided him when experience was limited, the suppliers who believed in the idea before it took form, the employees who chose commitment over comfort, and the customers who trusted the care long before success was certain.

THE HISTORY VIDEO: A LIFE BEFORE THE SPOTLIGHT
The screen came alive with images rarely seen on public stages. Grainy photographs. Modest beginnings. Faces younger, spaces smaller, dreams still forming.
The history video traced the Chairman’s personal and professional journey—long before Care n Cure became a name known across regions. It showed the early struggles: learning the business from the ground up, balancing ambition with ethics, growth with caution.
What resonated most was not the success, but the process—the discipline of showing up every day, the patience of building trust brick by brick, and the resilience to continue even when outcomes were uncertain.
For many in the audience, this video was a revelation. For others, it was a reminder. A reminder that leadership is not born overnight—it is earned through consistency, values, and responsibility.
THE TRIBUTE VIDEO: THOSE WHO STOOD IN THE SHADOWS
If the history video told the story of growth, the tribute video reminded everyone of its human cost. The screen slowly filled with nine names—nine faces, nine lives that had once been part of the everyday rhythm of Care n Cure. They were colleagues who had worked, served, and contributed to the organisation, and who were no longer with us.
The hall fell silent. There was no narration that needed to explain their significance. Each frame carried the weight of shared shifts, familiar smiles, and moments now held only in memory. Some in the audience smiled softly through tears, some bowed their heads, and others sat still, absorbing the loss and the gratitude intertwined in the moment.
The tribute was restrained and dignified, allowing space for remembrance. It acknowledged a simple but profound truth: organisations are built not only by success stories, but also by the lives that give them meaning. Care n Cure paused to remember its own not as statistics, but as people who will always remain part of its story.
THE RELEASE OF CORPORATE VIDEO
The newly launched corporate video marked a shift from reflection to projection. Crisp visuals showcased Care n Cure’s presence across regions, divisions, and communities. Pharmacies, healthcare services, logistics, wellness initiatives, people at work, people being served.
But beyond scale, the film focused on purpose—care as a principle, not a product. Growth as responsibility, not expansion alone. The audience watched a brand they belonged to, not just worked for.
CULTURAL EVENTS BY THE STAFF:
THE SOUL OF THE ORGANISATION
As the formalities gave way to celebration, the stage transformed into a canvas of colour, rhythm, and expression.
Group dances, nationality performances, Oppana, Thiruvathira, music, mime, and creative acts unfolded one after another. These were not performances by professionals but expressions by people who carried culture into the workplace every day.
Each act reflected something deeper: unity in diversity, pride without division, joy without hierarchy.
A Musical Interlude That Touched the Soul
The evening was further elevated by a soulful musical performance from Shabareesh Prabhaghar, whose music added warmth and rhythm to the celebration. His renditions flowed effortlessly between melody and emotion, creating moments of calm reflection as well as collective joy among the audience.
More than just a performance, the musical segment became a shared experience—bringing together guests, employees, and leaders in a pause from speeches and ceremonies. It added a distinct flavour to the programme, leaving the hall filled with applause, nostalgia, and a sense of togetherness that perfectly complemented the spirit of the 25th anniversary celebration.
RECOGNITION OF EMPLOYEES:
THE HEARTBEAT OF CARE N
CURE
The recognition segment stood as one of the most meaningful moments of the evening.
Employees who had completed 10, 15, 20, and more years with the group were invited to the stage. Their journeys mirrored the organisation’s growth—quiet, consistent, dependable.
This was not about applause alone. It was about acknowledgment. About saying: you matter, your years matter, your loyalty matters.
